CHRIS R. DENNIS
Managing Partner
Prior to joining TSM, Dennis lived in Akron, Ohio and served as the President of Ryden Enterprises - an organization specializing in sporting event planning and management. During his 20-year tenure at Ryden, he had successes in securing six figure sponsorship deals and creating and executing multiple philanthropic endeavors for NBA and NFL players.

Over the past 2 decades, Mr. Dennis has assisted major corporations and professional athletes in achieving their marketing, public relations and social media objectives. Dennis has extensive expertise in strategic planning and implementing programs centered around youth sports, while incorporating corporate branding initiatives. He has planned and executed strategic PR campaigns and integrated social media plans in Ohio, California, Las Vegas and Atlanta. He has a strong history of utilizing sports to produce events that enhance visibility, public perception and community goodwill.

In 1999, prior to joining Ryden, Mr. Dennis' vision and foresight was exhibited when he acquired the domain name Lebronjames.com. He made this decision before LeBron reached his 10th grade year to ensure family ownership of this valuable commodity. As the foundation's first Executive Director, he was instrumental in laying the ground-work of this charitable arm for the James Family. His responsibilities included overseeing the relationships between the Board of Directors and James Family Foundation. He conducted annual finance audits, oversaw budgeting, supervised staff and delivered impactful community programming.

Dennis' primary role at TSM will be to manage all grassroots athlete's activation events, including autograph signings, community appearances, summer camps and community corporate partner relations. He will use his extensive network of NBA team partners and regional/national companies to create new business opportunities for our clients. Most importantly, he will serve as a knowledgeable mentor for our young clients while utilizing his 25 years of experience that he has garnered while working with some of the most iconic names in sports.

Here are a few legendary clients that he has worked with: Gary Payton, Jason Kidd, Terrell Brandon, Jim Brown, Ted Washington, Bernie Kosar, Drew Gooden and the late Bobby Phills. His consistently growing list of recent clients include Jaylen Brown, Aaron Gordon, JR Smith, Iman Shumpert, LeBron James, Sam Dekker, Travis Benjamin, Moriah Jefferson, Frank Mason, Dahntay Jones, Richard Jefferson and Alec Ogletree.

Dennis is a native of Akron, Ohio with lifelong ties to the Bay Area. He attended San Francisco State, earning his BS in Speech Communications. He currently resides in Las Vegas with his wife Jacqueline. They have two adult children Ryanaustin (27) and Jihad (23).
BARRY ABERDEEN
NBA/WNBA/FIBA Agent
Barry Aberdeen is based in the Washington DC area. Currently, he is a certified NBA/WNBA/FIBA Agent. During his career, he has placed players in a variety of leagues around the world. He brings a wealth of experience as a coach, trainer, and player, and is respected for understanding the professional athlete journey.

He has helped developed numerous Division 1 National Champions, NBA and overseas players. As an agent, Barry has built great relationships with decision makers in the NBA, G-league WNBA and prominent overseas clubs. He has negotiated contracts for clients in the WNBA and overseas and secured marketing opportunities for athletes and event partnerships.
RUSSELL SCHILLER
Social & Digital Content Director
Russell Schiller is the Social & Digital Content Director for Tribute Sports Management. In this role, Russell works collaborates will our athlete and brand partners in a variety of areas. Russell looks to bring that to life through a social and digital lens.

Russell has a passion for communications in all facets, looking to develop relationships and establish strong, genuine connections across a diverse field of industries. Russell believes we all have the ability to connect and can work together to do so through communication.

Russell graduated from Howard University in 2018 with a Bachelor's of the Arts Degree with a focus in Strategic, Legal, Management Communications: Specializing in Advertising and a minor in Electronic Studio Art. He worked with Footlocker INC for three years with the Sports & Performance Division, Eastbay, to bring to life Marketing, Branding, Social, and Campaign efforts with vendor partners such as Nike, Adidas, and Under Armour. He loves to continue learning through freelance and challenging himself and his clients.
JULIUS TERRELL
Athlete and Entertainment Attorney
Julius Terrell, a native of Oakland, California is an attorney, counselor of sports law and arbitrator. Mr. Terrell has represented/negotiated contracts for NCAA coaches and recording artist. He worked with clients that has been serviced by David Faulk, Bill Duffy, Calvin Andrews and Aaron Goodwin. Julius also worked with the National Basketball Players Association.

His areas of practice include estate planning, probate administration, business and family litigation and government relations. He also serves as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Prior to entering private practice Mr. Terrell had a distinguished career in public service including tours of duty as Staff Counsel for United States Congressman Pete "Fortney" Stark (California 13th District), U.S Department of Labor, the Government of the District of Columbia.

Mr. Terrell's educational training includes: Wealth Counsel estate planning training, Certification in the Fundamentals of Money Management from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School Business, a Juris Doctorate Degree conferred by the University of Iowa's College of Law, undergraduate degree conferred from Pitzer College, and special training at Morehouse College and the University of Nairobi in Kenya. He is a graduate of Oakland, California's Bishop O'Dowd High School.

His highest achievement is his faithful service as a son, brother, husband and father.
RICK NELSON
Certified Life Coach and Community Relations Executive
Rick's expertise include player evaluation, recruiting, interpersonal skills development, and digital content strategy and creation.

Mr. Nelson has over 20 years of business experience, jumpstarting his career as Founder and Director of Houston Elite, one of the top full-service sports performance and player development programs in the country. At the grassroots level, Mr. Nelson trained hundreds of Division I basketball athletes, 17 professional NBA and overseas players, and top national high school recruits including Tim Frazier, Gerald Green, and Jarred Vanderbilt. He also founded Nelson Brand Sports, an event management company that partnered with Reebok and adidas basketball on high school programming.

More About Rick
Mr. Nelson has additionally spent over two decades serving his community through sports. He produced events for underserved kids with the Harris County Department Education, Case for Kids, and Urban League organization. He currently works with Fresh Start Sober Living Home, an alcohol and drug free sober communal living environment for the recovering population.

Mr. Nelson attended Texas College where he played NAIA basketball and won two consecutive NAIA National Championships. He transferred to Prairie View A&M University and earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Counseling.
MICHAEL COYNE
General Counsel
Coyne currently serves as General Counsel for Tribute Sports Management, providing legal expertise to athletes, brand partnerships and event management. With nearly three decades of sports business experience, Michael has expertise in sports management, scouting, activations, and negotiations. Among his accomplishments, Michael represented Chinese basketball star Yao Ming prior to his entry into the NBA, advised the Ministry of Sport of Tanzania in Dar es Salaam, and co-founded the Lebron James Family Foundation.

Coyne's global experience spans from domestic deals with the NBA to international business negotiations. While at the NBA, his focus on the Brazilian market resulted in numerous promotional and business successes. He scouted, developed and promoted Brazilian professional basketball player Marcus Vinicius. Vinicius was drafted 43rd in the 2006 NBA Draft and signed a two-year guaranteed contract with the New Orleans/Oklahoma Hornets. He also scouted, developed and promoted Brazilian professional basketball player Leandro Barbosa. Barbosa was subsequently drafted in the first round of the 2003 NBA Draft. As part of his representation, he negotiated the most lucrative shoe deal ever for a player drafted at the end of the first round. He additionally scouted, developed and promoted Brazilian professional basketball player Nenê who was drafted 7th in the 2002 NBA draft. Nenê was the first Brazilian to be drafted and play in the NBA, blazing the trail for the NBA in South America. Michael negotiated an endorsement deal for Nenê with adidas-the first Brazilian basketball player to sign with a major shoe company. Michael also worked with NBA International to promote NBA "Basketball Without Borders" programs in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

Coyne then switched to management side, obtaining a charter for a Brazilian professional professional basketball team "FEBA" in Guarujâ, São Paulo.

Prior to his experience in the Latin American market, Michael focused on Asia. He organized a historic ten-day training and "acclimatization" trip prior to the 1999 Women's Soccer World Cup with the Ministry of Sport of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea). As Director of the Asian Basketball Association, he assisted in the formation of a joint venture between the ABA and the NBA, resulting in the formation of the first NBA Developmental team, a precursor to the current NBA Developmental League. Michael later served as a consultant to the Shanghai Sharks Professional Basketball team, covering the scouting and signing of U.S. players. He was integral to the historic signing of Chen Chi-Lung to the Sharks-the first Taiwanese player to play in the Chinese Basketball Association.

Michael received his BA from Williams College and his JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
